My specialties.
-
Trans Individuals & LGBTQ+ Folx
I work with children 12+, adolescents, and adults all across the gender spectrum and in the LGBTQ+ and TGNC community. As a member of WPATH, I abide by the ethics and standards of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, the gold standard in the world.
I’m here to be your biggest source of support as we navigate what comes next. Whether you’re seeking care for your child or starting your own journey of self-discovery, I provide education for families, help plan for next steps, and review co-occuring mental health issues in the most validating environment.
For trans individuals, the world of puberty blockers, hormone replacement therapy, gender-affirming surgeries, and changing name markers can be overwhelming—I’m here to help with that, too.
I’m happy to write gender-affirming letters for procedures, school purposes, or for any other institution that may require it.

Life Transitions & Relationship Endings
Relationship endings and life transitions can be some of the most challenging experiences we face, but they also hold the potential for growth and renewal.
Whether you’re coping with the end of a relationship, navigating a career shift, adjusting to a new role, or facing other significant changes, I am here to provide support.
Together, we’ll explore the emotions, uncertainties, and opportunities these transitions bring, helping you find clarity, build resilience, and create a meaningful path forward. Change is hard, but you don’t have to face it alone.
-
Sexuality & Non-Traditional Relationships
Let’s talk about it! I provide a validating and non-judgmental space to discuss your sexual identity and help you through that journey of exploration.
I have experience working with individuals in non-traditional romantic and a/sexual relationships and approach these issues with compassion, education, and some humor, when appropriate!
If polyamory, kink/BDSM, ethical non-monogamy, or anything that deviates from “vanilla” is your lifestyle, we’ll approach these relationships with respect and understanding.

General Counseling
Of course, if you don’t fit into any of the above “boxes,” that doesn’t mean we can’t work together!
Like all therapists, I’m also trained in the basics of all mental health diagnoses and can help with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and most other psychological concerns and stressors you may be experiencing.
I have worked extensively in treating depression through traditional and new modalities. I can bridge connections to psychiatrists for medication management (but important to note that I DO NOT require you to be on medication in order to be in therapy!).
