My Specialties.

Trans & LGBTQ+ Individuals

I provide inclusive, gender-affirming therapy to LGBTQIA+ individuals and transgender people, including children 12+, teens, and adults. As a WPATH member, I follow best practices for supporting trans clients and families exploring gender identity, HRT (hormone replacement therapy), puberty blockers, name and gender marker changes, and gender-affirming procedures like top surgery.

I offer compassionate, affirming care—including letters for medical procedures, school, or legal documentation—and help families of trans youth feel informed and supported throughout the journey in Beacon, the Hudson Valley, and virtually across NY.

Life Transitions & Relationship Endings

If you're navigating a major life change—like a breakup, divorce, career shift, or identity transition—I offer therapy rooted in clarity, resilience, and personal growth. These transitions are often painful but can also be deeply transformative.

Whether you're grieving the end of a relationship, exploring what’s next, or rebuilding after loss, I provide supportive psychotherapy to help you process, reflect, and move forward with intention.

Sexuality & Non-Traditional Relationships

Let’s talk about it! I specialize in affirming therapy for individuals exploring sexuality, sexual identity, and non-traditional relationships—including polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, kink/BDSM, asexuality, and other diverse relationship structures.

In my Beacon-based and virtual NY practice, I offer a sex-positive, nonjudgmental space to talk openly and explore identity and intimacy with respect, nuance, and care.

General Mental Health Counseling

Of course, if you don’t fit into any of the above “boxes,” that doesn’t mean we can’t work together!

Even if you don’t identify with the specific communities I specialize in, you’re still welcome here. I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults and adolescents dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and stress.

I have extensive experience treating depression using both traditional and integrative approaches. I can also help coordinate with psychiatrists for medication management—though medication is never required to work with me.
